Read current service notices
Support & notices displays currently published customer notices. A scheduled notice appears once its publication window starts; an expired or archived notice no longer appears on the next read. An already open page needs a refresh to retrieve the latest list.
Use Load more notices when it is offered. The absence of a notice is not a guarantee that every data provider or tool is available.
Manage saved preferences
These choices store your preferences. Automated alert delivery is not connected simply because a checkbox is enabled. Security and billing messages are separate from these preferences.
- Open Research & preferences in Account settings.
- Review saved alert preferences, important product updates, and optional promotional consent.
- Select Save preferences and wait for the result.
Distinguish browser alerts from messages
Market price and movement rules can evaluate saved quotes in the open browser after a sync or local change. They do not establish a background email, push, or Discord delivery service.
Support report status updates are read in My reports. No support email notification is sent by the current report workflow. Return to that page and use Refresh reports to check progress.
