Choose an export
Privacy & data offers Export bets for the bet records saved to your account and Export account data for a broader account download. The broader export requires a password security check.
Bet Tracker also offers a CSV of the visible ticket selection. That is useful for a filtered table, while the account exports are JSON files. Keep exports private when they contain personal details, research, or notes.
- Resolve pending sync changes before downloading a saved-data copy.
- Open Privacy & data and choose the appropriate export.
- Complete the security check if requested.
- Confirm that the file downloaded and store it somewhere you control.
Understand deletion before submitting
Request account deletion is a reviewed process. Submitting the request disables your account and signs out its sessions; it is not presented as instant deletion of every retained billing or security record.
Read the Privacy Policy and download any records you need before continuing. The form asks you to acknowledge the effect, type DELETE, and confirm your password.
Wait for the recorded confirmation
After a successful request, the account page states that the request was recorded and the account is disabled. If the request fails, read the error instead of assuming deletion completed.
Account deletion and provider subscription management are separate workflows in the interface. Review any active subscription in Plan & billing and use the provider’s management options when needed.
