Choose the records you want to inspect
Use Week, Month, Year, All time, or Custom to set a performance date range. The ticket list also supports search and filters such as sport, sportsbook, market, source, tag, and result. All tickets, Open, and Settled help separate unresolved records from completed ones.
Check active filters when a ticket or total appears missing. A calendar selection or date range can narrow what you are looking at without deleting any records.
Read returns and profit correctly
Total returned includes money returned to you; net profit subtracts the stake. An open ticket shows a potential return rather than a realized result. Pushes and voids return the recorded stake and are excluded from the settled-stake denominator used by the tracker’s ROI calculation.
The win-rate calculation uses won and lost tickets. It does not treat every settled status as a win or loss. Missing closing odds produce an unavailable CLV value, not a zero. These figures describe your recorded inputs and results.
Choose the right export
Wait for account sync before exporting from another device. Keep downloaded files private if they contain personal notes or account information.
- Leave Sample data preview and open your own tickets.
- Set the filters for the records you need.
- Use Export CSV to download the visible ticket selection.
- For the bet data stored to your account as JSON, use Export bets in Account settings instead.
